b2ap3_thumbnail_new-construction.jpgYour New Construction Project Requires a Great Deal of Planning & Coordination.

There will be a multitude of trades involved in the construction of your new commercial or manufacturing facility. A lack of coordination and cooperation between these trades can cause delays and cost over-runs. AEM Mechanical Services Inc. works well with other trades in a mutually beneficial spirit of cooperation. This means fewer headaches and possible cost savings for you.

From the Ground Up.

One commercial project we worked on was for a manufacturing facility with office area, lunchroom and restrooms. Proper timing needed to be coordinated with other contractors allowing us to install the underground plumbing in various locations for the restrooms, lunchroom, and manufacturing area. After we completed our work the concrete floors were poured and walls framed in bringing us to our next window of opportunity, it was time to install the above ground plumbing and HVAC. When the roof was ready, we brought in a large crane allowing us to lift and install the rooftop HVAC units.

We Offer Decades of Experience For You To Rely On.

AEM Mechanical Services, Inc. was founded in 1985. Each of our technicians is highly skilled and trained to provide you with the best possible service. Our team holds the following certifications:

  • Certified Quality Installer.
  • Minnesota Licensed Master Plumber.
  • Minnesota Licensed Technology Systems Contractor.
  • EPA Certified Universal Refrigeration.
  • Certified Lead Safe Firm.
  • Great River Energy Certified Central Air Conditioners and Air Source Heat Pump Installation.

As with most large scale projects that involve multiple contractors, there are always moments when schedules may be challenged due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. It is at these times that it is critical for your contractors to work well together in a spirit of cooperation.
